UT men at West Florida

When: Tonight, 8:30pm Eastern time

Where: UWF Soccer Complex, Pensacola

Tonight' match features two nationally ranked Division II schools in a test for the Spartans' perfect record. UT (4-0-0) is the NSCAA number one ranked school coming into this game and the Argos (4-1-1) are ranked number twenty-two. When these two teams met in Tampa last season, the Spartans won 3-1.

UT is led by Ryan Thompson in goal, who has played every minute of the season and has posted a 0.75 GAA. The Spartan offense is paced by Lister Warren and Pascal Milien, who both have three goals on the season and account for two-thirds of UT's goals.

For the Argos, the bulk of their goals have come from three players, Stephen Munoz (4 goals/4 assists), Jay Mainville (4 goals/3 assists), and Paul Willoughby (3 goals/1 assist). The West Florida defense has been more porous than Tampa's, with keepers Elliott Purdom and David McNally combining for a 1.20 GAA. McNally, a junior, is the lone Argo from the bay area; he played at Ridgewood High School in Port Richey.

Following tonight's game, the Spartans will prepare for their Sunshine State Conference opener next week against Barry.
